I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CynaMed
Interview
It was very professional, I was asked questions that required thought and showed them my understanding of being a nurse. I was interviewed by the CEO and Jayne, Although the interview was not very long, I felt this was the place I wanted to work for a long time and I was right!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How I handle stress in the workplace. This is a very important question because being a nurse can be VERY stressful and how it is handled tells them something about my personality and how I would perform my duties.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CynaMed (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jul 2018
Interview
very short and cold interview. i could tell that something would go wrong with my employment with cynamed as soon as imthe manager begin to speak. i was made to feel very uncomfortable by the fake and clown like personaility of jayne.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CynaMed (Pittsburgh, PA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I was recommended by a friend and filled out a paper application. I worked for the company for over 1 year when I was asked if my partially completed online application was an indicator I was still interested in the position. I had to explain that I had already been working for the company for a year but had gone over 2 months without contact with management and had been making my own schedule.
I believe my second, informal, interview was more characteristic of what first-time employees can expect and was cordial and pleasant.
