The recruitment process was quite lengthy and lacked clarity, creating a sense of uncertainty about whether the company was genuinely looking to fill the position. The process involved two main interviews, both of which went well, but communication between stages was slow. After more than a week following the second interview, I received a rejection — not due to performance, but because the company decided not to proceed with hiring for that position at all. While understandable from a business perspective, the long waiting time and unclear communication made the experience frustrating and inconvenient.
