Very quick recruitment process with 1 in person interview and I heard the results within a few days which is positive. However, during the interview I had 2 interviewers. Both of them took turns asking questions and were making notes as I was speaking. They weren’t friendly or welcoming and there were lots of awkward silences. I didn’t feel welcome and at ease during the interview, it felt as though I was being scrutinized in a way. It also felt like it was the first interview they’d ever done. I ended up declining the job because I didn’t get a good feeling.
