Interview
They invited me to the office to have first interview, the interviewer was having a huge lack of knowledge unfortunately i felt like i spoke alone. Afterwards they gave me a task to work on and it was related with their current situation from the devops perspective. Unfortunately i have finished the task that contains what they need to do for following 1 year in a row and shared with them. Thereafter they send an invitation for reviewing my answers for the last stage of recruitment process but however they have asked really weird questions again. I started feeling suspicious about everything about this company (by the way they called as elitegroup in Englans as far as i understand)
Afterall, they sent me an email explaining the hiring process is stoppes due to their hiring strategy i am pretty sure that they will try to implement what i gave them with AI tools. I feel bad to be honest, just because of them i have postponed my vacations etc.

Received a message from the CEO on LinkedIn.
1st Interview via phone call (CEO)
2nd Interview via video-call (CEO & Sales Director)
The interview process was quite detail in terms of information on the new startup company and the role on offer.
I was asked to then share references from previous managers and was told I would hear back with a potential offer and starting date by the 1st of February but I never heard from them again.
