A series of elimination test were conducted on specific programming languages that was advertised. 3 levels of tests to be exact. I made all three of them, we were down to 2 people out of 25 applicants.
A series of other questions relating to employee to employee conduct. Specifically, if I witnessed an employee defrauding the company, would I politely ask him to stop, or what else might I do?
