Interview
The company goes threw a temp agency which is a pain. The agency pays you $2 less than the full time employees at the company. You must complete 9 weeks of being a temp to be hired on. The process to get hired on it not automatic they will take their time.
They sit you down, ask if you want the job. If you say yes, you have a job. But if you say no, you’ll probably still have the job. Very simple and easy.
