Interview
Brief phone interview which resulted in scheduling an in person interview. On site interview took place that same week. Starts with a tour of the facility (this is part of the interview so be sure to engage!) Then I met with two supervisors for about 30 minutes. They are big on behavioral interviewing so be prepared. Closed with a skills assessment (typing speed, written communication, basic math, website navigation) then shadowed a staff member for about 15 minutes.

Tell me about a time when you had to represent your employer outside of the office environment?
Never got a chance to even talk to the company. They reached out to me to schedule an interview, I responded, then a few days later literally the minute the call was supposed to start I get an email saying they didn't have any positions open and they were cancelling the interview.
Amazing people. Beautiful call center. Tour of property, typing test, computer test, verbal interview, listened to live calls. I was so impressed with everyone I met. Environment was very welcoming.
