WARNING -- THEY USE THE INTERVIEW PROCESS TO GET FREE WORK. It started with a phone screen, and then they sent me a massive amount of "test" work. I was unemployed in the time, so was able to do it (about 40hrs worth). When I had my follow up interview, he deflected any questions on what he thought of the work. They asked me for more work, and I declined.

An over the top investment in top grading interview process. Majority of the interviewers seemed intent on getting answers to the questions they were assigned, but little interest in "selling" the company or sharing personal experiences. Not a lot of additional probing questions, several interviewers seemed uncomfortable working in pairs. Not a positive candidate experience.
A total of 8 hours of interviews, 8 -1 hour interview slots via video. 4 VP's, entire functional staff and then breakout sections with pairs of staff. Process took several weeks to organize
