Got a first interview with a woman to get to know more about me. For the second step of the process I was contacted by another individual to test my Excel skills through an exercise about financial modelling. I didn't pass this stage. Overall experience was very satisfactory, and every one I spoke with was nice and helpful.

It takes 1 week for me to get a phone interview, then talk with the hiring manager, and get an Excel test. The hiring manager is pretty nice, however, I received a job offer and decided not to continue the interview process.

Interview
The interview was quite fast, HR, hiring manager, client then offer on consecutive days. The questions were a mix of practical technical questions as its a finance role as well as analysis themed questions.
The Hiring manager was extremely arrogant and pretentious. It seemed like they focused only on target schools. I went to a small, non-target private university, and the hiring manager was a jerk.
