The initial interview process at Cushman & Wakefield was very positive. My conversations with the company recruiter, hiring manager, and directors were excellent. They all seemed to like me too. Regardless of whether or not they chose me, I expected clear communication. I was told I would know about the status of the position within a very specific time frame. This is absolutely not what happened. After a week, I emailed the recruiter to ask. It took her several days to get back to me and all I was told was that the position was filled. No other explanation or feedback. It was a cold interaction and left me feeling negatively about Cushman & Wakefield. It's extremely rude and unprofessional to leave a candidate hanging, especially one who's spent a significant amount of time preparing for and contributing to a lengthy interview process. Terrible experience.
