Interview
The interview process was drawn out about two months long. There was a major lack of communication that simply was not related to the company being fully online due to the pandemic.
Phone interviews are scheduled using the Google Calendar appointment system. The interview is initiated by the HR. 2 rounds of interviews are involved. She asked about past experience and salary expectations. The HR took the midpoint of my salary range for reporting.

Casual, but structured. More like a conversation than an interrogation. My interview ended very positively, so I was expecting a follow up, but they never reached out. I pursued another opportunity anyway, so I didn't reach out either.

Very fast process, ultimately didn't get the job but they were responsive and kept me in the loop the entire time. HR was very helpful throughout the process and called me instead of emailing to give me quick updates.
