Had a quick 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, told me I was qualified and thought I was a great candidate. Called me 15 minutes after the interview and said she wanted to set up the next interview and have me come in the following week. Never sent me any meeting info, so I just had to wait for someone to call me the next day at the expected time, and the person who called me wasn't from this office or even knew much about the job for my location (applied for a job in Phoenix, got interviewed by someone in California.) After that, I never heard back from the hiring manager for two weeks and had to reach out to her to find out I wasn't selected.

Question 1
Previous experience and how quick I could start working
Phone interviews are scheduled using the Google Calendar appointment system. The interview is initiated by the HR. 2 rounds of interviews are involved. She asked about past experience and salary expectations. The HR took the midpoint of my salary range for reporting.

Question 1
Past experience, reason for leaving the previous job, and salary expectation
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield in May 2025
Interview
Casual, but structured. More like a conversation than an interrogation. My interview ended very positively, so I was expecting a follow up, but they never reached out. I pursued another opportunity anyway, so I didn't reach out either.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you have to analyze data and present it.
Very fast process, ultimately didn't get the job but they were responsive and kept me in the loop the entire time. HR was very helpful throughout the process and called me instead of emailing to give me quick updates.
