Applied online, and was shortly called up for an interview - they had a lot of roles to fill. Interview consisted of a group briefing session, followed by a sit-in with another sales consultant to get an idea of the process. Then we were paired up with one staff member each, given the specs of 3 phone models and had to sell them a phone in a role play scenario. This was followed by a short and easy interview consisting mostly of competency questions.
