Curriculum Associates has a very rigorous interview process. Before receiving a final offer, I completed more than 10 interviews. Curriculum Associates offered me a position that was not the original position I applied for because they have a "we hire people, not positions" policy. Curriculum Associates has clearly put extensive thought and energy into the candidate experience.
