The interview process was ok, with multiple stages of technical and HR-style interviews. Got some good feedback from all the interviews but HR seemed to stop replying to emails or communicating the final decision.
The bad experience was due to them not communicating the final decision after quite a few hours were spent during the interviews. (feels like a waste of time).
The people interviewing for technical bits seemed engaged.
Multiple rounds - screen, motivational, technica rounds, system design, behavioural and culture fit at the end. Lots of different people, not too difficult technical round - easy/medium lc-type of algorithm that you walk through

Then Pair Programming interview with 3 questions, Problem solving interview. Asked about Big O notation, so good to know.
