They do a quick phone interview, which just asks basic questions. Then the in-person interview goes over interviewee's previous experience, possible schedule, and then there's an easy math worksheet. Simple adding/subtracting, and calculating exchange rates.

2 interviews on zoom that took about a week to complete and then a in person interview that did not take up too much time. Overall it was a easy experience and pretty easy to get hired.
