Curious Pictures interview questions

Met the CG director and they gave me a test. All went well, very simple. The test consisted of animating a character in one of their shows. They required me to be fast and to make it as polished as possible. Finished my shot in about three days.

Met the team around a round table, came back the following day to grab coffee with the hiring manager. Mostly wanted to evaluate cultural fit, felt good about my technical skills. Overall a great team, albeit young. Wish they had done more of a technical evaluation, more so to feel like they were doing their due diligence, but I was a good fit for the role and others that came out of the same academic program I did were already there, so I suppose they felt confident in my abilities.
