The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cupertino Electric
Interview
I had an initial interview at a hiring event and 2 weeks later was flown out to San Jose for an on site interview. The interview lasted all day with me meeting a lot of the team and also touring an active project site. Everyone throughout the process was very professional and easy to talk to. I had a very positive experience with this company.

Name a time when you sought out additional responsibilities.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cupertino Electric (Edgerton, WI) in Jan 2025
Interview
Never really happened. HR was terrible. They scheduled, missed, rescheduled, missed, rescheduled, missed repeatedly. They kept telling me how super-interested they were in talking to me. I already have a full-time job, and they kept pitching how they would like to hire me away from my current employer, but they couldn't get their act together. Then when I finally talked to someone on the phone that person couldn't seem to remember who I was or in what job they were interested in placing me. I decided it wasn't worth trying to talk with these clowns any more.

Question 1
Boiler plate only. Nothing of substance. Clearly a joke of an interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cupertino Electric (San Jose, CA) in May 2021
Interview
Interview went great! Via zoom, and it was pretty laid back. I was interviewed by two of the higher ups and I didn't feel pressured or anything. I got the interview through a recruiter (LINKEDIN).
