To summarize: Informal but professional
Initially i had an interview with one of the co-founders to explore the fit, after a pleasant conversation in which the interviewer went quite deep into the content already i received immediate feedback and was told what the next steps would be and what was expected of me once i would join. This was followed up by a series of interviews with my future peers, all of them pleasantly informal but with confidence and professionalism. Once that was done i received again constructive feedback on my performance after which i was asked to present my vision on Customer Success Management with a specified dilemma as an additional challenge.
The last part of the recruitment process involved sitting in on their weekly team breakfast were i immediately was welcomed and where i got a good insight on their way of working and team culture. In the end of the breakfast i was asked to introduce myself so everybody (including myself) had the opportunity to ask questions to further get acquainted.
So, as i have mentioned, the process was flawless: concise, professional, transparent and somewhat challenging to make sure they select only the best people they need to match the quality of the products and service which makes them so successful.
