There were two interviews before receiving an offer letter and even before the offer letter there was a phone call to discuss compensation requirements. Each interview consisted of two individuals and at the end there was room for questions.

3 interviews stretched out over 6 months but I loved the chance to meet everyone there and could tell that it was to ensure that the person fit with the company rather than only hiring for a project
