I originally applied for a different position and was referred to the Agency Assistant role after an initial phone interview determined it likely would be a better fit for my interests and goals. I was brought in for an interview at Cuneo. I thought it went pretty well. Conversation was casual and positive. They were honest and so was I. They told me they would make a decision by the end of the week and let me know. They never told me one way or the other, which is for whatever reason very popular with employers these days but so rude and inconsiderate. The offices are in the process of a makeover. They are clearly trying to compete with the younger, trendier agencies in the Twin Cities.
