Interview
Due to my location in oversea, I had first interview with regional vice president at his hotel room. This was a little strange and uncomfortable.
Then had second interview at regional office with HR director. She discussed detail conditions and salary and location, title.
All process was pretty general to all others.

He asked me to show what I'd carried in my brief case, and I showed my hard copies for the web site for the company and product I researched for the interview, he looked to see how well each candidates are prepared and organized or not rather than relying upon everyone's upselling speech.
