I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cummins (Fort Collins, CO) in Oct 2014
Interview
There was an in-person interview with a Cummins engineer at my school's career fair. It was a typical behavioral interview, and the interviewer was relaxed and easy to talk to. A couple weeks later there was a phone interview with a senior manager, with some behavioral questions and some personality/get to know you questions. Both interviews were low-stress and mostly behavioral.
