I met with the team members, HR, hiring manager, other assistants to get a full view of the company as a whole. I felt like I had a 360 view of the team, culture, company, etc.

I was asked about prior challenges and difficult situations, how they were handled and resolved, likes, dislikes, etc. They were very thorough.

The interview process was a bit long when I was hired. One 1 hour phone interview followed with an in-person interview with 4 Executives. It took almost 3 months from the first contact to the time I was hired.
