I applied through Naukri.com, my resume was shortlisted and the interview was scheduled. The interview occurred on the given date time and the panel was very polite, understanding, and asked all the questions from every topic in a very smooth and fine way. Although I almost answered all the questions I knew my chances were 50-50. but as told by the recruiter I hoped they would take another round of interviews in case they had their doubts. I followed up with the recruiter days and days after the interview but no reply. No picking up calls no reply to emails. I would request all the recruiter to send a one-line reply at least.
