On campus interview. It was taken within a large classroom with at least ten groups going at the same time. They did not care too much about my resume.I was asked about the general procedure of design process, say, to design a rocket. The interviewer kept throwing tough questions at me.

Interview
Initial interview was about how you work with others, general human resources type interview. Standard questions, nothing that wasn't expected besides a large focus on interpersonal relationships. It was also indicated a second technical interview would take place further down the line in the interview process.

Functional interview over the phone. Questions were both behavioral and technical in nature. Basically figuring out if you fit with Cummins culture and are somewhat technically competent. If you know mechanics of materials you should do well. Great communication for setting up phone interview and following up.
