Interview
The process started with on campus interviewing with 2 people, a manager and an engineer. It was 45 minutes and it was more about personal behavior and anterior internships. Then come the phone interview which was about 1 hour. the phone interview was conducted by 2 persons. i was call for a design job and i end up in applied mechanics. i will go to visit the site next week and i will update my decision.

interview with hiring manager on Mechanical engineering fundamentals, basic heat and mass transfer problems, easy interview as long as you know the fundamentals. HR round is also easy covering basic information - pay, location, etc.

It started with a team interview with a mix of HR and technical questions. This was followed by a tour of the facility and its capabilities. It ended up taking about half of the day.
