Cult Beauty interview questions

Really good, had a positive experience u till the end. I got to the last stages where they asked us to create a design for a product they obtain online. I Created said project (it was easy, but time consuming with a full time job design job) and presented it, then I never heard back. Seemed a little weird since I got to last stages, not even a email saying I didn’t get it.

Went through 3 interviews with multiple members of the team. Didn't hear back, no feedback, even when I reached out to them to ask. Organisation seemed to be in a change period and the interviewers were honest about that.
