Cue interview questions

Inexperienced internal recruiter who initially screened and then setup an additional Teams call to run through much of the same general back and forth. I am over qualified for the role so it was a general ‘vibe check’. She forget to go over next steps so sent me a LinkedIn message saying she’d set up our next interview and then nothing. When I followed up a week or so later, she ghosted me. Very unprofessional and even if they decided to go with another candidate it’s just poor etiquette.
