There was a phone screening, a technical phone interview with the CTO (Hiring Manager), an on-site panel interview with the VP of Engineering, a Senior Systems Engineer, a Senior Software Engineering Manager, and a ScrumMaster / Project Manager, followed by a final telephone interview with the CTO and GM.
After the panel interview and before the final telephone interview, I was required to 4 references to complete an online survey: 2 former bosses, 1 former peer, and 1 former direct report.
