Not terribly difficult. You're interviewed by ~4 people individually, one at a time. First two ask technical questions, third one asks personal questions, and the fourth just goes over the benefits. The ones that ask you the technical questions seem to be the ones that lead their own groups. One of the groups seems to focus more on embedded systems programming, while the other focuses on software/databases/UI programming etc.

Initial phone screen to verify my resume and ask basic questions required for employment. Asked about my previous experiences and some of my experience through classes taken at university. I was asked 3 basic C++ questions to screen my knowledge and make sure I had at least the basics for coding and C++.
