Talked to the recruiter after applying online then went to the building for an interview and then met with someone to discuss the interview at the cub foods and then left and went home

Interview
Very standard; thirty minutes-worth of conversation. Not terribly stressful. I had a 1:1 interview with the Store Director, though other times I hear of interviews being held with department managers instead. Wear formal attire, of course, and there is no need to bring materials/portfolio with you. Just show that you are customer-oriented and that you are good at addressing their needs and patient.

Give an experience that challenged you, and describe how you rose to the challenge.
Went well. Asked questions well enough I could answer. Sitting at a table easy and comfortable. No problems. Grocery is easy and simple, just follow directions. Must show up on time.
I was asked about my work history and told about what the job would be like. They were friendly. I didn't prepare for the interview nor with that I had after.
