they listen and they try to help. I did not feel like I am being questioned. It is more like two people having a conversation. Even if I end up not working with these people, I know they are nice people and I highly recommend them

Interview
Applied online. Got a call about a week after. Had a ten minute phone interview, very basic questions about past experience, whether or not the shift will be suitable, then was given an interview the nxt day with the head pharmacist. Very friendly interview, asked easy questions, and was done in an hr. Four days later, i got a job offer from HR.
