I applied online. I interviewed at Crystalia Glass (New York, NY) in Jun 2026
Interview
The Interview process was amazingly respectful. I especially appreciated their HR Department (Irma Ozbetelashvili Senior Recruiter) for always being extremely responsive and fast at replying to my emails, as well as being very polite, she was always there to follow up with me and guide me through my next steps of the process.
It can be a long process as they are only looking for the best reps to sell for them, and they need to screen many people out. But the interviewers, Piotr Manikowski (Sales Director) and Artur Iskandaryan (Development Manager), more than make up for it by showing a genuine interest in you and your past work experience.
They do a great job at giving you room to talk about your achievements, challenges, and career journey, while also making the conversation feel natural rather than like a formal interrogation.
If you're invited to interview with Crystalia Glass, be prepared for a thorough process, but also expect to meet people who genuinely value getting to know the person behind the CV.
