      I interviewed at Crystal Chem

      Interview

The first interview (the best one) was with their Director of Production, it was a pretty typical interview, one technical question that was easy but I thought it was phrased in an odd way so I was confused as to what information I had at my disposal. The director of production seemed like a great guy. The second interview was with essentially the director of operations or ceo of the company. He asked a logic question that was simple, however through further discussion there was big red flags. There seemed to be no HR department, there was family still working there past their prime, I was told I would be wearing many hats but the hats included: marketing, website design/improvement, quality control, production, R&D, customer service, automation, and my ability to use AI to handle the logistics of scaling up the business in case the production director left the company. The third "interview" was skills test that asked dilution calculations, a mental math test for 5 minutes, and responding to hypothetical emails from irate customers that didn't get the same pricing as our other customers. Overall, and i talked to multiple friends/coworkers in this space, I think it was a poorly run and poorly run set of interviews, and the pay was very low for what they expected.

You're in the desert, but you have a 6 liter and 11 liter jug with no graduations on them and you have an unlimited supply of water, how would you measure out 9 liters using only these two jugs?
