I applied online. I interviewed at CryoLife (Kennesaw, GA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Not bad, traditional interview style questions. Where do you see your self in 5yrs?? What could you bring to the company?? What interested you in cryolife?? It was for a weekend role so you have to work every weekend.

Question 1
Do you have issues working holidays and or weekends??
Applied via the official site. Received an email in 2 weeks asking for a phone interview with a recruiter. 3 business days later, I had an in-person interview with the department's hiring manager and my immediate superiors. Received the job offer 3 business days after that. In total, the process took about 4 weeks, but the recruiter and I had clashing schedules (I worked odd retail hours); it would likely take less time for other applicants.

Question 1
The department manager at the time asked what drew me to Cryolife; she never asked "Why should we hire you?" She cared about the company's vision and how her people were a vital part of said vision. If you seemed to have a good work ethic, pleasant demeanor, and had some interest in the work itself, you were gold. She's gone, now, unfortunately, so I have no idea what the interview process is like without her.
Got a call from the firm, arranged for a face-to-face interview in their TST office.
First, an HR/Admin staff will ask you to fill-in an application form and make photo copy of your academic certificates.
