Question 1
How long a particular project on my CV would take given any required resources.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crux Product Design (Bristol, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
First stage was a quick, 10 minute call with HR to double check my qualifications, they asked about my A-Level and University grades, right to work etc fairly standard
Second stage was a 2 hour long technical interview, they provided me with a task beforehand to prepare, as well as asking me to make a 10 minute presentation on a project of my choice. The task was tricky but the interviewer was nice, my only complaint would be that you're given 5 questions to prepare for the task, but during the interview it seemed like you could pick 3 to talk about, and I started off in number order so I did 1,2 and 3 even though I didn't feel as strong in my answer for question 1 as I did in my question 5 answer for example, and had I known that was going to happen I would've adjusted what I started with.
Took about 5 days for HR to call with the outcome, they were really nice and clearly appreciated my time which was nice.
