I applied online and the recruiter reached out to me for an available interview time, but then never followed up with me to actually interview. I tried emailing them back a few times to check if they were still interested in interviewing, but the company stopped responding to me.
I applied to the job online and then received an email from the recruiter. We set up a time to do a phone interview. The recruiter was friendly. Questions were pretty similar to most initial short interviews.
