Interview
The interview was an audition. I was taken to the group fitness room and asked to reach a 15 minute demo and the fitness manager (interviewer) participated in the workout. It went by quickly. She smiled and hand fun with it. She let me know right away that I got the job. It took about an hour to do all the on-boarding paperwork.
sending an application -> phone screening interview with a hiring manager -> showing up an audition -> hearing from the hiring manager through text message or email. overall very easy and casual setup, people are respectful.

why crunch fitness? what makes you apply for this role?
There is an audition process. Some auditions are held in a group while others are held one on one. It depends on the management team/ hiring team how the auditions are held.

Interview
Interview process was easy and they were so helpful with getting the certificates needed for my role. The whole staff was Very supportive, I am truly so excited about this opportunity
