The interview process lasted over four months and involved nine one-hour interviews, both virtual and in-person. I was also asked to complete an assignment, for which I created a 20-page presentation that was highly relevant to the position. It came down to me and one other candidate, but in the end, I was informed that the role had changed and that I could reapply if interested. This development left me with mixed feelings, as it felt like a significant waste of time and effort that could have been avoided. Consequently, I decided to withdraw my candidacy.
