Initial communication from employer contractor company (Aerotek) was a brief and typical “why would you be fit for this position” type of interview, over the phone.
The second interview I had, with an actual employee from Cruise, was strange. The interviewer was abrasive and critiqued the responses I gave to some of his questions somewhat rudely. I ended up receiving an offer for the position but refused the “opportunity” because of this, and because Aerotek was very scattered in moving my application forward through the interview process.
