Interview
1st round - Phone screen with another software engineer. Pretty standard, just talking about your project and experiences
2nd round - Another phone screen with the CTO. Asked me unusual personality questions that I thought were highly irrelevant to the role... Interviewer was difficult to talk to as he had no reaction to any of my responses. Felt awkward the whole time
There was a phone interview and an on-site interview.
During the on-site interview, I had to go through recent projects and explain how I could improve one of the projects. Questions were closely related to what I would be doing as an intern.
