Crown Media interview questions

I was reached out to by a very professional recruiter. A few days later, I had the actual interview with the person who would be my manager and the department head (not sure if this person still works there). The department head kept jumping in and out of the meeting, taking calls. Then, when I expressed my desire to grow creatively in the role, I was told there was absolutely no room to be creative in this role. There was no possible way that I would ever make it into a creative division in the company (even though I never stated I wanted that). It was a huge turn-off.
