Interview
Call with HR followed by a few rounds of interviews with Engineering Managers from various Crown markets. HR asked about the position and why I thought I was a good fit. HR also asked me to clarify about what I have listed on my resume: certifications, softwares and certain tasks that I do on a daily basis. Technical questions come from the managers who test you on RF fundamentals like link budgets and basix design questions. Once you prove yourself somewhat capable, then the tricky questions come into play.
