Interview
You will first meet with the general HR for a phone interview. If your qualification and skill sets match what they are looking for, then you will potentially get to speak with the hiring manager for a second round of interview. The 2nd round is gonna be a video call, like a zoom meeting. Then, there will be a 3rd round, which would also be a video call.

I find that all interviewers tend to ask the same exact questions every time. At least, for an entry level position, they do.

what is your expected compensation
are you okay with XYZ (job requirement)? [since the position I applied to required animal handling, the question in my case was whether I'm okay with mouse euthanasia, tissue collection and histology]
