Interview
The interview was conducted through video one on one for 30 minutes. To get the interview, I went through Handshake which lead me to their website where I completed the application process. I had the option to do a prerecorded video, but chose not to.
He was very nice and easy going, we had a good conversation before starting the interview and I did not feel that nervous.

Have you had a bad experience while with a coworker or classmate during a project, and what did you do to remedy the situation?
There was only one interview. It was over zoom and, overall, pretty casual. The discussion was mostly about my personal life and aspirations rather than my academic performance. The interview process was very seamless.
