I applied through university. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2012
Interview
Good. It was a pretty Standard Interview Process. Not too difficult. The interviewers were nice and polite. I applied through my college career center and it prepared me to the type of questions that were going to be asked. I guess I did a good job in the interview as I got the job.

Question 1
Behavioral and a little bit of technical.
At the time, I was applying for a Staff position, so they didn't expect me to know much about real life experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (South Bend, IN) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview was easy to arrange and the people in recruiting were very helpful in setting up an appropriate time. Everyone was there to meet me when I arrived, including two partners. I had to travel a few hours to interview in a different office than I would be working out of and was provided with expense reimbursement information for millage and tolls when the interview was set up.
I met with two Partners and a Senior Manager and the process was very smooth and unassuming.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Sacramento, CA) in Sept 2014
Interview
Phone screening with recruiter, followed by initial phone interview with Senior Manager. On in-person interview day, Interviewed with two Senior Managers and one Partner. My interview felt more like a conversation with professionals and less like a typical interview. It was the most enjoyable interview experience I've ever had; it seemed like two people getting to know each other instead of an interrogation.
