Started off with several networking calls, which led to a virtual first round interview and then an in person Superday at their Dallas office. The questions for the first round interview were primarily behavioral, the questions for the Superday were a mixture between behavioral and technical. They really emphasize culture fit in their recruiting process.

Question 1
If you had 100 million dollars how would you set up your real estate portfolio?
Was screened but then was not communicated with regarding next steps, weeks in between each step. Poor communication but seems like a good business, possibly was the recruiters poor communication but could use some work in keeping candidates engaged.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Crow Holdings (Carlsbad, CA)
Interview
The interview process was very relaxed. I talked with a number of people on the Construction team. Everybody was very down to earth and i could tell that this was going to be a very enjoyable place to work. The final stage was with the President of construction.
