Interviewer never called me after scheduling my phone interview, then I got a rejection email the next day. I had no way of reaching out, since the initial email scheduling a phone screening was sent from an automated system. Never had something like this happen to me in all my years of applying to jobs.

Basic interview questions followed by a short "buy test" where you pick clothes out of a box that you would either purchase or not and at what price you would. sell them for. Then you give a reason why you chose to purchase or not purchase each item. Fun!
