I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Remote, OR) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and filled in initial application. Had some written questions and then handed in 2 videos explaining a random solution of 5 min length top.
Finally a check call from a recruiter.
After the call I was told that a hiring manager was going to contact me and schedule and interview.
Now it gets ugly.
The irresponsible manager cancelled the interview like an hour before it was scheduled.
I tried to contact him and then support
Finally he answered on a single line not even hello that he was going to reschedule
NEVER heard from Crossover again.
For months tried to get an answer absolutely no explanation whatsoever
Since it is all remote you feel helpless.. you depend on an email being answered
I am still interested in knowing what happened. I think the hiring manager should be reprimanded for such an appalling behavior and so the lack of response in general from the company
I spent precious time preparing the videos and recording a proper answer.
